In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bdpop", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the bdpop platform available at bdpop.lat.
• "Platform" means the bdpop website, mobile web interface, and all associated services, games, sportsbook products, and features accessible under the bdpop.lat domain.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bdpop Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the bdpop Platform, associated with a unique username, password, and verified identity.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in your bdpop Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional or bonus funds credited to your Account that are subject to separate wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager on qualifying games before a bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
• "Game Provider" refers to third-party software studios whose games are made available through the bdpop Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or region from which accessing online gambling services is illegal under applicable local law.

By using the bdpop Platform in any manner — whether by browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you are accessing bdpop on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and bdpop with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

bdpop reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.

To be eligible to register and use the bdpop Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you use the Platform.
• Be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a bdpop employee or contractor involved in the operation of the Platform.
• Not be using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.
• Not already hold a bdpop Account that has been suspended or permanently closed by bdpop for any reason.

bdpop reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time, including but not limited to a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time period may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your Account and withholding of any balance pending investigation.

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the bdpop Platform. Opening, maintaining, or using multiple Accounts — including Accounts registered in another person's name for your own use — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. bdpop will close all duplicate Accounts and may permanently ban any player found to be operating multiple Accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and active mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bdpop will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials. You must notify bdpop immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been compromised.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bdpop operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport), a proof of address document not older than three months, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until the process is completed to bdpop's satisfaction.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

bdpop currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at bdpop's discretion. bdpop does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, but your mobile financial service provider may apply their own applicable charges.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via supported mobile banking services are credited to your bdpop Account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within 30 minutes, you must contact bdpop support with the relevant transaction reference number so the matter can be investigated. bdpop is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider's own infrastructure or maintenance periods.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day for accounts that have completed KYC verification. All withdrawals are sent exclusively to the verified payment method registered to your bdpop Account. bdpop does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods that differ from those used for deposits without additional verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bdpop reserves the right to request further documentation before processing any withdrawal of an unusually large amount.

5.4 Currency

The bdpop Platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Any amounts displayed on the Platform — including game stakes, winnings, bonuses, and account balances — are denominated in BDT. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred outside the bdpop Platform.

From time to time, bdpop may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated as recurring.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Bonus balances that expire before the wagering requirement is met are forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games and certain table games contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• bdpop reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring existing active bonus balances at the time of cancellation.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms, coordinated wagering strategies designed to guarantee profit, or opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and may result in Account suspension.

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the bdpop Platform is governed by its own specific rules as defined by the relevant Game Provider. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a real-money bet. bdpop does not alter, supplement, or override Game Provider rules except where specifically stated in writing on the Platform.

7.2 Sportsbook Betting

All sports bets placed on the bdpop sportsbook, including but not limited to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international cricket fixtures, are subject to the applicable sports betting rules published on the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed price and the accepted market price at the time a bet is placed, bdpop reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your Account balance.

7.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, software fault, or communication failure affecting a game or betting market, bdpop reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the players concerned. bdpop will not honour winnings that arise from an obvious error in pricing, game outcome display, or system malfunction. Players who knowingly exploit a technical error are in breach of these Terms & Conditions and may have their Accounts suspended.

7.4 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not considered accepted and binding until bdpop's systems have confirmed acceptance and a unique bet reference number has been issued to the player. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance. bdpop reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdpop Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.
• Registering or using an Account in the name of another person or using another person's payment method without their explicit authorisation.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or game code for financial gain.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes with your financial service provider in bad faith after consuming the deposited funds on the Platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdpop staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable local law.

All content on the bdpop Platform, including but not limited to the bdpop brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, and promotional materials, is owned by or licensed to bdpop and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bdpop Platform without prior written consent from bdpop.

Game content — including game artwork, music, animations, and paytable data — is the intellectual property of the respective Game Providers and is protected under their own intellectual property rights. bdpop makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

bdpop collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used to operate and improve the Platform, verify your identity, process transactions, provide customer support, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

bdpop employs SSL encryption on all connections to the Platform and stores sensitive data using industry-standard security protocols. bdpop does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with Game Providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the Platform. bdpop is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players stay in control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all Account holders via the account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the bdpop Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and, once applied, cannot be reversed for the stated exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdpop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if bdpop has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdpop's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bdpop does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The bdpop Platform and all games and services provided thereon are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bdpop makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.

bdpop reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bdpop will notify registered players by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered to the Account. The revised Terms & Conditions will be effective as of the date stated at the top of the document.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the bdpop Platform following any update constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any modification, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bdpop will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably and in a timely manner through its customer support team.

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the bdpop Platform or these Terms & Conditions, you should first contact the bdpop support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. bdpop will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and aim to provide a final resolution within 14 business days. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter through any dispute resolution mechanism available to you under applicable local law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in Bangladesh that cannot be waived or excluded by contract.
